Payment Policy

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

This policy explains how authorized payments may be handled, what information should be clear before payment, and how third-party payment processing may apply.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Payment Policy explains the general rules that apply if Westbrook Taylor Legacy Group accepts an authorized payment through the website, invoice, payment link, or another approved method. Transaction-specific documents may contain additional or different payment terms.

2. No Investment Subscription Through General Website Forms

The general website inquiry form is not an investment subscription form and should not be used to transmit investment funds, escrow funds, sensitive banking credentials, or complete payment-card information. Any future securities or investment transaction would require separate official documentation and an authorized payment process.

3. Information That Should Be Clear Before Payment

Before an authorized payment is submitted, the applicable transaction should identify the service, product, fee, or transaction; the amount due; the purpose of the payment; the entity receiving the payment; and any material transaction-specific terms.

4. Payment Methods and Third-Party Processors

Payments may be processed through a bank, card processor, payment platform, or other third-party provider disclosed at the time of payment. The provider’s own terms, privacy policy, fraud controls, and processing rules may also apply.

5. Payment-Card and Banking Information

Westbrook Taylor Legacy Group does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes submitted through a third-party processor. Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords, or online-banking credentials by email or through a general contact form.

6. Billing Information and Authorization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, invoice, and authorization information. By submitting an authorized payment, the payer represents that they are permitted to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

7. Currency, Taxes, Fees, and Timing

The applicable invoice, payment page, or written agreement should identify the payment amount and currency. Taxes, bank charges, card fees, wire fees, exchange costs, or other charges may apply where disclosed or imposed by a third party or applicable law.

8. Failed, Duplicate, or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, appears duplicated, or is disputed, contact Westbrook Taylor Legacy Group promptly with the transaction reference and supporting information. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes do not cancel contractual obligations that remain valid under the governing agreement.

9. Records, Refunds, and Security

Transaction records may be maintained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, contractual, and operational purposes. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable transaction-specific agreement. Reasonable security measures are used, but no electronic payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Contact

For a payment-related question, use the website contact form and provide the invoice or transaction reference. Do not include complete payment-card information or sensitive banking credentials in your message.
